Photo Pie's Shipping Policies
At Photo Pie we strive to ship your order out in 6-10 business days or less*, quicker than most of our competitors. If you need faster than this, please put your deadline in the notes field at checkout and we'll do our best to help out with expedited production. If you need rushed production, we recommend our Prisma or InspiraCloth as with these products we have a greater ability to expedite subject to rush fees. Please check with us first for the most current rush capabilities based upon queue lengths, etc.
Shipping times are supplied by each carrier based upon the service you choose, and Photo Pie cannot make guarantees pertaining to third-party services. If you have a photography deadline, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to help meet your needs; however, if for whatever reason we are unable to meet this deadline and your order has already been placed, you are still responsible for the full cost of your purchase.
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Other options include FedEx and USPS. We gladly ship to overseas APO addresses (via USPS) though we cannot ship to standard PO boxes. You will be able to estimate your shipping costs once an item is placed in your cart and you proceed to checkout. An email with your tracking information will be sent to you when your item has shipped.
All quoted international transit times do not include any time that the package spends in customs. Most packages to Canada clear customs within 1 business day. All other countries typically spend 2-3 business days to clear. However some notable exceptions are Italy and Australia where fabric is usually delayed in customs for up to 2 weeks.

*In the rare case of long production queues, holiday orders or production problems, 15 days is pretty much the maximum production time you'll ever see.
